Urai Impex Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Unit 53 in the Apollo Industrial Estate. We are situated just off Mahakali Caves Road in Andheri East, which is a pretty well-known industrial hub in Mumbai. Being in an industrial estate means there is always noise and movement around us, which actually suits the type of work we do. We deal with various imports and exports, so there are always trucks coming and going nearby. Our space isn't meant for showing off; it is a practical office where we handle all our documentation and logistics planning. Andheri East is a central spot for businesses like ours because it's close to the airport and other transport links. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to emails, making sure that whatever we are moving gets to where it needs to go. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the roads around Mahakali Caves a bit messy, but we still show up and get through the daily to-do list. We have a small crew here and everyone knows their job. We don’t really go in for fancy titles or corporate meetings. We just sit down, look at what needs to be shipped, and find a way to get it moved.
