Unmesh Patil & Associates

Unmesh Patil & Associates operates out of Ghatkopar East, specifically in the Pampa Layout area of Kempapura. Our office is tucked away in Flat No 89, Wing E of the ONGC flats. It is a bit of a walk to find us if you aren’t familiar with the layout of the buildings here. The space is basically a converted flat, so it has a bit of a homey feel to it, which we actually quite like. Unmesh is usually at the main desk surrounded by various structural drawings and half-empty cups of tea. We have a few assistants who handle the computer work, and the sound of mouse clicks is pretty much the background music of our day. Being in an ONGC residential area means it is mostly quiet, apart from the occasional sounds of kids playing outside or someone moving furniture. It is a very practical setup without any of the fancy decor you might see in a big city firm. We focus on getting the measurements right and making sure the layouts make sense for the people using them. Sometimes the internet acts up, or we run out of printer toner at the worst time, but we just deal with it. It’s a small, hardworking team, and we enjoy the fact that we can just focus on the drawings without too much corporate noise. Most days we are just happy to get the revisions done before the sun goes down over the flats.
