You can find Universal Services at Office No. 2 and 3, right underneath the Vijay Nagar flyover. Being under a bridge means it’s always a bit noisy with the cars and buses rushing overhead. You can hear that constant hum all day long. Our office is simple and a bit tucked away. We’ve got a couple of rooms that we’ve made work for us. It’s not a fancy glass building, but it keeps the rain off our heads. The light isn't always the best because of the flyover, but we have plenty of lamps. Most people find us because they live or work in the Vijay Nagar area and noticed our sign while stuck in traffic. We don't have a big reception area or anyone to open the door for you. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from our desk. We handle all sorts of paperwork and requests throughout the day. The space is a bit cramped because we have files and equipment everywhere. Sometimes the tea man from across the street brings us a round of drinks, which is the highlight of the afternoon. We aren't a big agency with a lot of polished talk. We’re just a few people trying to keep things running for our customers. It’s a practical spot for a practical business. If the traffic is bad, it might take you a while to reach us, but we’re usually here, even on the days when the bridge noise is louder than usual.
