Chaitanyaa Fibbers

Our workspace is at Triumph Industrial Estate, Gala No. 104-105, on Pandit Motilal Nehru Road. Chaitanyaa Fibbers is basically an industrial unit where there is always the sound of machinery in the background. It’s a bit of a trek to get here through the traffic, but once we are inside, we just get to work. The space is filled with materials and tools, and it isn't always the cleanest place. We have dust on our clothes by the end of the day, which is normal for us. We don't have a showroom or a marketing department. We just have our machines and the people who know how to run them. Most of our time is spent checking the quality of the fibers and making sure the equipment doesn't break down. When a machine does stop, we have to fix it ourselves, which can take hours. We aren't a big corporation; we are just a small team trying to fulfill orders on time. The estate is busy with other shops and units, so there is always someone around. We keep our doors open for the breeze, even if it brings in more noise. It’s straightforward work that requires a lot of patience. We just take it one day at a time and do what is needed to keep the production going. It isn't always easy, but it's our livelihood.
