Vivek Bhole Architects

Vivek Bhole Architects is located on the first floor of Pinnacle Business Park, which is on Mahakali Caves Road in Andheri East. We’re right next to the Ahura Center in the MIDC area. It’s a very busy part of Mumbai, and there’s always a lot of traffic and people rushing around. Our office is a hive of activity most of the time. Vivek started the practice, and it’s grown over the years into a busy firm. We have a lot of people working on different things, from initial sketches to final construction documents. It’s a lot of work and the office can feel a bit chaotic when there are multiple deadlines. There are blueprints everywhere and people are always talking about site issues or zoning laws. Even though we’re in a business park, it doesn’t feel too corporate inside. It feels more like a workshop where things are actually being made. We don't have a bunch of slogans on the walls. We just have our desks and our computers. The commute to MIDC can be a real pain in the neck, but it’s where a lot of the action is, so it makes sense for us to be here. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with different people to make sure the buildings actually get finished. It’s a lot of long hours and hard work, but we just get on with it. We’ve been at this for quite some time now.
