We have been running Hospitality Appliances Pvt Ltd from our office at Hema House on Chandawarker Road for quite some time now. Most days are pretty busy here, dealing with all the different machines and equipment that restaurants and hotels need to keep things moving. People stop by the office to talk about what they need for their kitchens or their guest rooms, and we try to give them straight answers. We aren't a huge fancy corporation with a hundred layers of management. It is just a few of us here making sure the appliances get where they need to go and work like they should. Chandawarker Road is a decent spot to be based, though traffic can be a real headache in the afternoons. Sometimes we spend more time on the phone with suppliers than we would like, but that is just how this business goes. We handle the paperwork, check the inventory, and keep the lights on. If someone needs a specific part or a whole new setup, we look through what we have and let them know the timeline. There is no magic to it, just keeping track of the details day after day. We have seen a lot of changes in the industry over the years, but the basic need for reliable gear stays the same. We just keep our heads down and do the job at Hema House.
