We've been at 76 Hassan Pada for quite a while now. If you know Chimat Pada Road in Andheri East, you probably know where we are, right near O T C Road. It’s a busy spot, mostly industrial stuff going on every day. We handle a lot of the heavy work that keeps things moving around here. People come in and out, asking for this or that part or service. It gets pretty dusty and loud sometimes because of the trucks, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. Most of us here have lived nearby for years, so we know the shortcuts through the narrow lanes. We don’t have a fancy office with big glass windows. It’s more of a practical workspace where we get our hands dirty. Sometimes the power goes out, or the rain makes the road a bit of a mess, but we keep the doors open. We just try to help out the other shops and factories when they need something fixed or supplied. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s honest work. If you walk down from the main road, just look for the sign near the corner. We usually have some equipment sitting out front. It’s just us, doing what we know how to do, day after day. No big speeches, just Universal Indl Services doing the job.
