United Welding Works

United Welding Works is situated where Shampura Main Road meets L R Bande Road 5, near DR Ambedkar Medical College Road in Chunabhatti. It’s a spot that’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. We do all kinds of metal work and welding here. The shop is usually full of sparks and the sound of grinding metal. It’s a messy place, to be honest. There are scraps of iron and old welding masks lying around. We don’t have a fancy office; we mostly just stand around the worktables. Chunabhatti is a working-class neighborhood, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. Our address at L R Bande Road 5 is where we spend most of our daylight hours. The heat from the torches makes it pretty hot inside, especially during the summer months. We just drink a lot of water and keep going. We don't really have a website or anything like that. People just bring their broken gates or frames to us because they know we’re here. United Welding Works is just a place where we fix things and build stuff out of metal. It’s heavy work and our clothes are always stained with soot. But it’s what we know how to do. We take it one job at a time and try to get things done by the end of the day. It’s just the way things are done here on Shampura Main Road. We stay busy.
