United India Associates

We are based out of 1B in Andheri West. It’s a busy part of the city, and our little office reflects that. United India Associates isn’t a huge corporation; it’s just a handful of us working together. The space is a bit cramped because we have a lot of files and equipment squeezed into one area. We’ve thought about moving to a bigger place, but we like being in this part of Andheri. Everything is close by. Most days, the phone doesn't stop ringing, and there’s always someone dropping by with a question or a document. We don’t have a fancy dress code or anything like that. We just show up, drink too much tea, and get through the list of things we need to finish. Sometimes the internet is slow, or the AC acts up, but we manage. It’s a very grounded kind of workplace. We don’t spend money on big signs or marketing campaigns. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or people who have known us for years. The building is standard for this area—nothing too modern, just functional. We focus on the daily tasks and try to keep our clients happy without making a big fuss about it. It’s just how we operate. We’ve been in this spot for a while and plan to stay as long as the work keeps coming in.
