Uniocean Consultancy Private Limited is located in Dadar East, which is a really busy part of Mumbai. We are on the second floor of 66, A Wing in Shinde Wadi. The building sits on Plot 218/220 right on Dr. B.A. Road. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets with the trains and the traffic. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. It’s not a fancy office by any means. It’s just a place where we can sit down and focus on our consultancy work. There are a lot of files, a few old computers, and a small fan that clicks when it’s on high. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write pretty speeches for us. We just do the work ourselves. Most of the time, we’re busy with clients or trying to figure out some regulation. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we know. We like being in Dadar because it’s easy for people to get to us, even if the stairs are a bit steep. We’re just a small group of people trying to make a living in the city. We don’t have any grand visions. We just take each day as it comes and try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it’s worked for us so far. We just keep at it and hope for the best.
