Unik Solid Surfaces

We are situated at No. 120 in the Sarita Prabhat Industrial Estate, which is right along the Western Express Highway in Dadisar East. It’s a convenient spot for getting things in and out, but the highway noise is something you have to live with. We work with solid surfaces, mostly making things like countertops and custom pieces for people’s homes or businesses. Our workshop is usually full of slabs of material and the tools we use for cutting and polishing. It gets pretty dusty in here, so we are always cleaning up at the end of the shift. We aren't a big operation, just a handful of us who know how to handle the materials properly. The industrial estate is a busy place with lots of other small businesses, so there is always someone moving a pallet or a truck backing up somewhere near our door. We don't have a fancy showroom; we mostly just show people the samples we have on hand. It’s honest work, and we take some pride in seeing a rough slab turn into something smooth and finished. Sometimes the heat in the workshop is a bit much, but we have a couple of big industrial fans that help a little. We just take things one order at a time and try to keep things moving as best as we can. It’s just how we do things here.
