It’s a very old area with a lot of character. The building has high ceilings and those big old windows that let in the street noise. We sell different kinds of boards. They are stacked up high in the storage area. It smells like wood and glue sometimes. The floorboards in the office creak when you walk on them. We don't mind the noise. It’s just how the building is. Getting deliveries in and out is a challenge because the lanes are so narrow. We have to time it right or the trucks get stuck. We spend our time talking to dealers and checking the warehouse stock. We have a small cabin for the main paperwork. The rest is just open space with boards everywhere. It’s a practical place. We don't have fancy lights or soft carpets. People come to us because they know where we are. We’ve been near the Metro Cinema for ages. It’s a landmark. We see the movie crowds sometimes in the evenings when we are locking up. It’s a bit of history in this office. We just keep doing our bit every day.
