Uma Travels

Our office is tucked away in the Harshad Industrial Estate, specifically at 41278 in Andheri East. We are right opposite Vishal Hall, which is the easiest way to explain where we are to anyone who hasn't been here before. Being in an industrial estate means there is always a lot of activity, with trucks loading and people rushing to work. We handle travel bookings and help people get their trips organized without a lot of fuss. The office is pretty basic, just some desks, computers, and a lot of paper. We don't have any big signs or fancy decorations. Most of our day is spent on the phone or talking to people who drop in from the nearby businesses. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. The area around Vishal Hall is always crowded, so there is never a dull moment when you look out the window. We aren't a huge corporate chain, just a local travel spot that's been around for a bit. We know the routes and the schedules pretty well by heart. People come to us because they know we are right here in the neighborhood. It is a bit of a grind sometimes with all the bookings, but we like the pace of Andheri. We just focus on getting the tickets right and making sure everyone knows where they are going.
