Ultra Instruments & Controls

Our place, Ultra Instruments & Controls, is located at B/256 in the Nahar & Seth Industrial Estate. We are part of the Pannalal Compound on LBS Marg in Bhandup West. It is a very busy part of the city, and the traffic on LBS Marg is something we deal with every single day. The estate itself is full of different workshops and businesses, so there is always a lot of coming and going. Our unit isn’t the biggest, but it’s enough for what we do. We spend our time working on instruments and various control systems, which requires a steady hand and a bit of concentration. The workspace is a bit of a mix of electronic parts, tools, and paperwork. We don’t have a fancy setup with modern furniture. It’s mostly just practical benches and shelves. We like being in Bhandup because it’s a place where things get made and fixed. The atmosphere in the Pannalal Compound is quite friendly, and we know many of our neighbors by now. We don’t have a marketing team or a sales department. People usually find us because they need specific technical work done and someone told them about us. We just keep it simple and focus on the job at hand. It’s a regular routine of technical tasks and everyday life in a busy industrial compound. We just get on with it.
