Rishabh Industries and Cenzer Inds Ltd operate out of the Oval House on the second floor. We are at 63 British Hotel Lane, which is just off Nagindas Master Road in the Fort area. This is a very old part of town with a lot of history in the buildings. Our office has high ceilings and large windows, though they are usually covered with files or equipment. Working in Fort means dealing with narrow lanes and a lot of foot traffic, but it is a great place to be. We handle industrial manufacturing and various business operations from this spot. It is a bit of a maze getting up to the second floor, but once you are here, it’s a hive of activity. We have a lot of history ourselves, being in this line of work for quite some time. The staff here is like a small family; we have seen each other through all sorts of busy seasons. We don’t go for the modern, sleek look that some new companies have. Our furniture is old and our ledgers are thick. It’s about the work we produce, not how our office looks. We spend our days coordinating production and making sure the factory side of things is running smoothly. It can be stressful when deadlines are tight, but we always find a way to get through it. We appreciate the old-school way of doing business where a person's word actually means something.
