Our office is located at 45/47 K M Sharma Marg, right in the middle of Lohar Chawl. For anyone who has been to Lohar Chawl, you know it is a maze of shops and people everywhere. Industricals Online Pvt Ltd operates from this busy hub. It is a bit of a squeeze sometimes, with all the boxes and equipment we have to move in and out. The street outside is always full of handcarts and delivery bikes, so getting anything delivered is always an adventure. We’ve been here at this address for a while and have seen the neighborhood change, though it always stays just as crowded. Inside our space, things are a bit cramped but functional. We have shelves reaching up to the ceiling because floor space is hard to come by in this part of town. We spend a lot of our time on the computer or the phone, which is funny considering the very old-school feel of the building and the street outside. People often pop in looking for specific parts or just to ask directions because K M Sharma Marg can be confusing. We don't mind. We are just regular people working in a very busy part of the city. There is no corporate lobby or polished glass doors here. It is just Industricals Online Pvt Ltd doing our thing among all the other businesses in the Chawl. It's noisy and hectic, but it's where we choose to work.
