We are Polycab India Ltd., and you’ll find us over at 771 Mogul Lane in Mahim (W). This part of Mumbai is always humming with some kind of activity. Mogul Lane is one of those spots that can feel a bit cramped, but it’s got a lot of character. Our office here is where a lot of the coordination happens. Everyone knows the Polycab name because we’ve been around so long, but inside these walls, it’s just us working through the daily grind. It’s not a flashy place. We have stacks of files, people running between desks, and the usual noise of a busy workplace. Being in Mahim West is great because we are close to the station and the sea, though we don't spend much time looking at the water. It’s mostly about getting the orders sorted and making sure the distribution side of things is moving. The staff here are a mix of young folks and people who have been with the company for decades. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing in a forced way. It’s more like a big, slightly chaotic family. You learn to navigate the narrow lanes and the busy mornings. It’s just part of being based in this part of the city. We’ve made this spot our home and it works for us day after day. It's a grounded place for people who just want to get things done.
