You can find Ultimate Facility Services right on Sunkalpet Main Road in Goregaon East. We are in Shop No 17, which is part of the Sahyadri Building. It’s a busy area, so there is always a lot of noise from the street, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. The shop is more of a base for us than a place where we sit all day. We have our cleaning supplies, some heavy-duty equipment, and our ledgers piled up on the main desk. Most of the guys are out at various buildings throughout the day, so the office stays pretty quiet until the evening. We got into this business because folks around here were always looking for someone to help out with the cleaning and general upkeep of their places. We don't really have a polished way of explaining what we do; we just show up with our gear and get to work. Sometimes the jobs are small, like a single office that needs a good scrub, and other times we are looking after much larger spaces. The Sahyadri Building is a solid old place, and being in Shop 17 puts us right where the action is. We know the other shop owners nearby and we often share a tea in the afternoon when things calm down. It is honest work and it keeps us on our feet. We don’t have any fancy brochures, just the name we’ve made for ourselves by doing the jobs.
