Ujani Steel Industries

Ujani Steel Industries is based on the ground floor of Satwara Mansion. That is at 59 5th Kumbharwada, right off Karve Road in the Dahanukar Colony area. We deal with steel, mostly small-scale stuff that people in the area might need for their houses or small projects. It’s a dusty place, as you’d expect with metalwork, and there’s usually a bit of noise from the tools. I started this because I have a background in metalwork and it felt right to have a shop here. We aren't a huge factory, just a practical workspace where things get done. The location is okay, though parking on Karve Road can be a headache sometimes. I spend most of my time dealing with suppliers or helping customers figure out what kind of steel they need. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and getting my hands dirty. Dahanukar Colony is a nice part of town, and we’ve made some good connections with the local builders around here. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside, just a regular unit in the mansion. We don't have a marketing department or anything. It's just me and a couple of guys who know how to handle the material. We take orders, get the steel ready, and that’s about it. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from morning to night. We don't do much fancy talk, we just get the metal cut and moved out.
