Uday Vinayak Raut

I have been working out of the Thakur Building in Dadar West for quite some time now. Being on Kashnath Dhuru Road puts me right in the middle of everything, which is very handy for getting around. It is a busy area, especially near the 19th Main, and there is always a lot of noise from the street below. My space is in the 1st Block. It isn't a huge office, but it is where I get all my work done. Most of the people I see are locals from the neighborhood or folks who have been coming to this building for many years. Dadar has a specific feel to it, and I like being part of that. There is no big team here, just a small setup where I handle things personally. I have lived and worked in this part of town long enough to know most of the shopkeepers and neighbors around here. The building itself is an older one, but it has plenty of character. I usually start my day early before the traffic really picks up on the main road. My work involves a lot of reading and paperwork, so I spend a good chunk of my time at my desk. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet, but then someone usually drops in for a chat or to drop something off for me to look at. It is a simple way of doing things. Just a regular person doing regular work in a familiar place.
