Being located in Andheri East means dealing with the Saki Naka traffic every single day. It’s just part of the routine for those of us at Tvs Cherry Pvt Ltd. Our office is in Gundecha Enclave on Kherani Road, right next to the post office. It’s a handy landmark because everyone knows where the Saki Naka PO is. The building itself is busy, with lots of other offices and businesses around us. We’re in 5C1. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards and people talking. It’s not exactly a quiet place, but you get used to it after a while. The monsoons here are always a bit of a challenge, especially with the state of the roads outside, but we keep the place running regardless. We spend a lot of time at our desks. There’s a small pantry area where we grab coffee and talk about things other than work. It feels like a small community inside this big building. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just provide what we can from this spot in Mumbai. Sometimes the elevators take forever, so we end up taking the stairs if we're in a hurry. The office isn't overly decorated or anything. It’s functional. We have our files, our computers, and our daily list of things to do. When the day ends, we join the rush back to the station. It's a long day, but it feels okay.
