Turtle Tea

Turtle Tea is located at B-34 Venus on R.G. Thadani Marg. We are right by Worli Sea Face, which is a nice part of Mumbai to be in. You can often feel the breeze from the ocean if the windows are open. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. It’s not a huge operation, just a small space where we handle everything related to our tea. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us here making sure things are sorted out. The building, Venus, is easy enough to find if you are walking along R.G. Thadani Marg. We spend a lot of our time tasting different batches and packing them up. The room often smells like dried leaves and herbs. We don't have a fancy showroom for people to visit. Most of what we do is just the daily grind of running a small tea business. Worli Sea Face is usually busy with walkers and cars, but our little spot stays fairly quiet. Sometimes the rain gets quite heavy here during the monsoon, and we have to make sure everything stays dry. We just focus on what we have in front of us. It’s a simple way to make a living. We don't do much in terms of flashy advertising. If you like tea, you eventually find us. We just keep our tins stacked and our labels straight.
