Tsr Darashaw Consultants Private Limited is based out of Rajesh Mansion, right on Maharshi Karve Road. We are on the first floor of Plot-140. This is a very old and established part of Mumbai, right near the Oval Maidan in Churchgate. Looking out the windows, you can sometimes see the green grass of the maidan, which is a nice change from the usual city concrete. The building itself, Rajesh Mansion, has that classic Mumbai architecture with thick walls and high ceilings. It stays relatively cool inside even when the sun is beating down on Maharshi Karve Road. We have a lot of desks spread out across the floor. It’s a busy environment because there’s always something that needs to be filed or checked. The wooden floors sometimes creak when you walk over the older sections. We are quite close to the Churchgate station, so we hear the trains in the distance and the rush of commuters every morning and evening. It’s a very central spot, which makes it easy to get around. Our office doesn't have any of those modern glass partitions; it’s mostly open space with old-fashioned cupboards for all our records. We’ve been here for quite some time, and the place has a bit of history to it. You can feel it in the way the doors handle and the way the stairs are worn down. It’s just where we do our work, day in and day out, right in the heart of the city.
