Travel Cool

We have been sitting here in Room No 9 for quite a while now. It is on the 2nd floor of the Sanobar building in Kurla West. If you know Kartika High School, we are just right there. Most people come up the stairs and talk to us about where they need to go. Sometimes it gets busy when school lets out because of all the kids and parents outside. We mostly just look at train schedules and flight prices all day. It’s a small office but it works for us. We started this because we liked finding the cheapest routes for friends. Now we do it for everyone in the neighborhood. The building is old but it stays relatively cool inside, hence the name Travel Cool. We don't have fancy brochures or anything. Just some computers and a couple of chairs for people to sit while we check things. Dealing with visas and tickets can be a headache for people, so they just come to us to handle it. Kurla is always loud and crowded, but our corner on the second floor is a bit quieter. We see the same faces every week. It’s a simple business. We open in the morning and stay until the work is done. No big corporate stuff here, just a few of us trying to help people get where they need to go without too much trouble. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs but we like it here.
