Our office is located in Chembur, at 11/14, Kalpataru Court. It’s on C.G. Road, right behind the old R.K. Studio. Transworld Shipping Services (I) Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this spot for a good while. Chembur is a nice place to work, even with the traffic on the main road. The R.K. Studio landmark makes it easy to explain to people how to find us when they get lost. We deal with shipping services, which means we spend a lot of time looking at schedules and cargo lists. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it’s important for trade. The office itself is pretty plain. We have our computers and some stacks of paper that never seem to go away no matter how much we file. We’re a small team, and we’ve worked together for a long time. There’s a certain way we do things here that just works for us. We don't use big words or fancy pitches to get people's attention. We just answer the phones and make sure the ships are on track. Sometimes things go wrong with the weather or at the ports, and those are our busiest days. We try to stay calm and figure out a solution. Being in Kalpataru Court is convenient because it's a settled area. We like the local food around here, too. It’s a regular office where we do our best to keep everything moving across the water.
