If you go down Parel Road and look for Building No. 8 behind Kamagar Chawl, you’ll find us. We are at Kala Chowki in the Dhibighat area. It’s a very traditional neighborhood with old buildings and a lot of history. Lean Supply Chain Management Pvt. Ltd. is based here, and it’s a very busy operation. We deal with moving things from point A to point B. The office is right in the middle of a very active area. You can hear the sounds of the chawl and the street life all day. We have a lot of maps on the wall and schedules for trucks. It’s a lot of coordination work. We aren't sitting in a fancy skyscraper. Our office is more grounded and connected to the street. There are always people coming in with delivery notes or asking about shipments. It’s a bit chaotic at times, but we have a system that works for everyone. We drink a lot of tea and talk about routes and timing. The building is older, which gives it some character that you don't find in new places. We’ve got fans spinning on the ceiling to keep the air moving when it gets humid. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows everyone’s business. We focus on keeping the supply chain moving without making things too complicated. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of phone calls. That’s how we do things at Kala Chowki every day and it works out.
