We are located at number 3 in Mumbai at Pandey Niwas. If you come by, you will likely see a lot of brown tape and stacks of folded cardboard boxes sitting around. This job is mostly about lifting things and making sure they don't break when they are in the back of a truck. It is physical work and we are often out on the road rather than sitting in the office. Pandey Niwas is a familiar spot for us, and we have been operating out of here for some time now. Moving house or shifting an office is always a bit of a mess for the people doing it, so we just try to get in there and handle the heavy lifting. Our clothes usually have a bit of dust on them by midday. We don't have a big fancy fleet of trucks, just the ones that get the job done. Sometimes we are up very early to beat the Mumbai traffic, and other times we are finishing up late under streetlights. It is not the kind of job where you stay clean, but it feels good to see a room finally emptied out or a new one filled up. We spend a lot of time checking lists and making sure we didn't leave a small box behind in a corner somewhere. It is just a straightforward business of moving stuff from one place to another without a lot of drama. We just show up and pack.
