Our office is located at 320, Poddar Chambers on S.A. Brelvi Road. This is right in the Fort area, near Hornimal Circle. It’s one of those classic old Mumbai neighborhoods with a lot of character. We are on the third floor of Plot 109. The building itself, Poddar Chambers, has been around for a long time. We are Thi Arbitrage Partners. We deal with arbitrage, which means we look at price differences in the markets. It’s a lot of staring at numbers and waiting for the right moment. The office has high ceilings and large windows, which is typical for this part of town. It’s not a modern glass building, but it has a solid feel to it. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just write our own emails and talk to people directly. Fort is a busy place, especially with all the banks and offices nearby. We like the energy of it. Most of us have been working in this area for years, so we know all the good tea stalls and where to get a quick snack. We don't use much corporate lingo because it just gets in the way. We prefer to speak plainly and get our work done. It’s a quiet, steady life in a very busy part of the city, and that suits us just fine.
