We are based at 1 Ujagar Industrial Estate, right on Waman Tukaram Patil Marg in Deonar. Theorema India Impex Pvt. Ltd. sits in a row of other industrial units. It’s a practical location for what we do. There’s always the sound of machinery or heavy vehicles nearby. Our space is mostly functional. We have a small partitioned area for the office work and the rest is just storage and floor space for handling goods. The floor is concrete and has a few cracks in it from years of heavy use. Deonar is a busy industrial hub, so there’s no shortage of activity around us. We get to work early to beat the worst of the traffic on Waman Tukaram Patil Marg. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some old metal desks and a couple of filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don't spend money on fancy decor because it doesn't help us do our jobs better. Our focus is just on the logistics and making sure the inventory counts are right. Sometimes we have to stay late when a shipment is delayed, sitting under the fluorescent lights until the paperwork is finished. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep everything moving smoothly. The tea guy comes around twice a day and that’s usually the highlight of our afternoon.
