The Shamrao Vithal Bank

We are located in the B/202 unit of the Krishna Building, which is part of the Vasant Sagar Complex in Thakur Village. Being in Kandivili East means we are right in the heart of a very busy neighborhood. Our branch of The Shamrao Vithal Bank isn't some giant skyscraper office. It’s a local place where people from the nearby apartments come in to do their banking. We see a lot of the same faces every week. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when there’s a rush, but we manage. The 400101 area is always buzzing with people going to the market or school. Inside the bank, it’s mostly the sound of counting machines and people chatting while they wait. We don't have a polished corporate vibe here. It feels more like a community spot where we help folks with their accounts and passbooks. The Krishna Building has been here for a while, and we are quite settled in. Sometimes the AC acts up or we run out of deposit slips, but we get it sorted. Our staff is local and we understand the needs of the people living in Thakur Village. It's just a regular bank job. We handle the money, file the papers, and make sure everything balances at the end of the day. There’s no fancy talk, just straightforward service for the neighbors in our part of Mumbai.
