The National Shipping Agency

The National Shipping Agency has been at the Rangoli Apartment for a long time now. It’s right near the Air Cargo Complex on Sahar Road in Andheri East. Most people find us easily because of the location. Shipping stuff isn't always easy, but we've been doing it from this office for years. It’s a busy area, lots of traffic outside, but inside we just focus on getting things moving. Usually, the phone starts ringing early in the morning. We handle documents, talk to the cargo folks, and make sure things don't get stuck. Sometimes things get delayed at the airport, which is frustrating for everyone, but we try to keep an eye on it. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a workspace where we get the paperwork done. The team here knows the routine. We deal with the customs and the carriers daily. It’s a lot of back and forth. You spend most of the day on the phone or checking emails. Sahar Road is always packed, so we stay put and work through the lists. People stop by when they have questions about their shipments. We show them where things are at. It’s just how we run things here. No big corporate talks, just the usual work day-to-day. We've seen the area change a lot over the years. More buildings, more traffic. But the job stays the same. Just getting boxes and papers from one point to another without too much fuss. That’s what we do here in Andheri.
