It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure things get from one place to another without too much trouble. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules. Most of us have been here for years, so we know the routine. It’s not just about the big boats; it’s about all the small details that keep things moving. We just get on with it. If you need to find us, we’re right there in the middle of things. The office has that old-school feel where people actually talk to each other instead of just sending emails all day. It’s a solid place to work, and we try to keep things straightforward for anyone who walks through the door. The coffee machine is usually working, and there’s always someone coming or going. We handle a lot of logistics, making sure ships are where they need to be. It keeps us on our toes most of the week.
