Tejas Mehta Brokerage

Tejas Mehta Brokerage is situated in the basement of the Giriraj Building in Ashokpur. We are specifically at 3 Dana Bunder, which is part of Jakshani Colony. Being in the basement means it stays a bit cooler during the hot months, though it can get a little dark. We spend our days dealing with various brokerage matters, mostly sitting at our desks and making phone calls. The Jakshani Colony area is a decent place to be based, even if our office is tucked away downstairs. We handle a lot of different transactions and paperwork for people who come to see us. It’s not a very big office, just a few chairs and some filing cabinets full of documents. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten to know the other people in the Giriraj Building. People usually find us by word of mouth or if they live nearby in Ashokpur. We don't put on any airs about being big-time brokers; we just do the work and try to help people figure out their deals. Sometimes the basement gets a bit noisy when the pipes are running, but we don't mind much. It’s where we do our business. If you are looking for us, just head down the stairs at the Giriraj Building and you'll find our door. We usually have a stack of old files on the corner desk that we are working through slowly.
