You’ll find Teamlease Services Ltd over in Kandivali East. We are in the Green Meadow Complex, specifically in unit 5F/702 in Sector 1. Lokhandwala is a busy spot, and our office is right in the thick of it. We do a lot of work related to staffing and employment services. Basically, we help find people for jobs and handle the paperwork that comes with that. It’s a lot of documentation. Every day we have people calling about open positions or asking about their contracts. The office is usually humming with the sound of phones ringing and people talking. We have a lot of desks squeezed into the space because there’s always more work than we have room for. It’s not a very fancy place, just a standard Mumbai office with some fans and a lot of computers. We keep things moving as fast as we can, but sometimes the bureaucracy of hiring takes longer than anyone wants. We just deal with it. Living and working in Kandivali means we are used to the crowds and the pace. We don't have a lot of time for fluff. We just focus on getting people their paychecks on time and making sure the companies have the workers they need. It’s basic, necessary work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
