We are located in the Leo Land Complex, specifically C-Wing, Flat No. 104, right on Saki Vihar Road in Andheri (E). Being in Mumbai 72 means it’s always loud outside with the traffic and people rushing around. At Teamlease India Pvt Ltd, we deal with a lot of staffing and hiring stuff. The office is usually full of people coming in for interviews or just asking about jobs. It’s a bit of a squeeze in the flat sometimes, with all the desks and files everywhere. We spend most of our day on the phone or going through stacks of resumes. It’s busy work, and there’s always someone coming or going. Saki Vihar Road is a nightmare for traffic, so we hear a lot of honking while we work. We aren't a corporate giant with a shiny lobby; we are just a team in a building trying to help people find work and help companies find staff. It’s practical and sometimes a bit messy with all the paperwork. We drink a lot of tea to stay awake during the long afternoons. Every day is different because you never know who is going to walk through the door next. We just try to keep everything organized and make sure the right people get to the right places. It's a lot of chatting and checking details, but we get the job done eventually.
