Team4U Company Ltd

Our office is in Room 7 of Ashok Niwas which is part of Sharma Chawl in Kokani Pada. It is located in Malad East out in Mumbai and the 400097 pincode is where we spend most of our time. Team4U Company Ltd is a small operation and being in a chawl means we are right in the thick of things every single day. It can get pretty crowded in the hallways and the noise from the street is something you just learn to live with after a week or two. We mostly handle staffing and team coordination and the phones are usually ringing off the hook from morning until late at night. There isn't much room for anything extra so every desk is piled high with folders and notes and half-empty tea cups. We don't have a big human resources department or a fancy lobby for visitors. If you come by you’ll probably find us mid-conversation with a client or trying to find a file that got buried under someone's lunch. It is a fast-paced way to work but it keeps us on our toes and we wouldn't have it any other way really. We are just regular people trying to help other regular people find work and get their teams sorted out. We don’t use any polished scripts when we talk to folks because we think being direct and a bit blunt is just a lot more effective for everyone involved in the long run.
