Tea Pea is located at Plot No.2, Dama Villa, which is in Haridas Nagar. We are right by the Kalpana Chawla Chowk in Borivali West. It’s a very busy intersection, so there is always a lot of noise from the cars and the rickshaws passing by. We are also quite close to Aditya College, so we get a lot of students coming in between their classes for a break. They usually come in groups and it gets a bit loud, but it’s nice to have the energy in the shop. Dama Villa is an older building and we are on the ground floor right near the entrance. We have a few benches outside where people can sit if the weather isn't too hot or raining. We mostly just serve tea. We have a few different kinds, but nothing too complicated or expensive. Borivali is a fast place, everyone is always in a rush to get to the station or back home. Our little corner at the chowk is just a place to stop for a few minutes. I handle most of the brewing myself. The shop isn't very big, so we have to keep things organized or we run out of room for the milk crates and the sugar bags. It’s just a regular local tea stall that grew into a small shop over time. We don’t do any advertising or anything like that. People just see the sign when they are waiting for the light to change.
