Tcg S/W Services is basically a small group of us doing software work. We don't have a fancy office building with a sign on top; we mostly coordinate everything through satya.knvsgmail.com. Software is one of those things where you spend eight hours a day staring at code and trying to figure out why a single line isn't working. It is a lot of trial and error and a lot of coffee. We handle different kinds of tech tasks, from fixing bugs to setting up systems for people who aren't very good with computers. It is not like the big IT parks you see in the movies. It is more about sitting in a quiet room, maybe with some music playing, and just typing away until the job is done. We get our assignments through the mail and send the finished work back the same way. Sometimes a project takes much longer than we thought it would because something unexpected pops up, but that is just the way software goes. We don't have a lot of meetings or corporate jargon here. We just like to get the code right and make sure the programs run like they are supposed to. It is honest work, even if most people don't really understand what all those characters on the screen actually mean at the end of the day.
