You can find Tata Chemicals Ltd. inside Leela Business Park on Andheri Kurla Road. Being in Andheri East means we are right in the heart of a very busy commercial district. The traffic on the road outside can be quite intense, but our office inside the business park is where we keep our focus. It is a typical office setting with plenty of desks, computers, and meetings. We are not into flashy corporate displays. We just have a functional space where we handle our daily responsibilities. Many of us have been working here for years and have seen the area around Andheri East grow and change. We are just regular people trying to do a good job. The building has all the basics we need, and we share the elevators with people from all sorts of other businesses. We don't have a grand mission statement posted on the walls. We just come in, check our emails, and get to work on whatever is on the agenda. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with paperwork, especially when there is a big project going on, but we manage. We like the convenience of being near the main road, even if the commute can be a bit of a struggle some days. It is a practical location for a company like ours.
