Rashtriya Chemicals & Fert. Ltd. is based at Priyadarshini on the Eastern Express Highway. If you drive along the highway, you have probably seen the building. It is a big place because we handle a lot of work related to chemicals and fertilizers for the whole region. Being right on the highway makes it easy for transport, which is lucky because we have a lot of stuff moving in and out. The office is busy and there are always people moving around between different departments. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or trying to look modern. It is a functional place built for hard work. Most of us have been working here for years and we know the routines well. The sound of the traffic on the Eastern Express Highway is just something we have gotten used to over time. We deal with farmers and industrial buyers mostly. It is a lot of paperwork and making sure the chemical mixes are right and the fertilizer bags are ready. We don't have a mission statement hanging on every wall, we just know what needs to get done before the day ends. It’s a big operation but at the end of the day, it’s just people doing their jobs. We’ve seen the highway change and grow busier, but our building stays the same, just keeping up with the demand. It’s a steady place to be and we take pride in just getting the work done right.
