Our office and kitchen are in the Ratnajyot Industrial Premises. We are on the ground floor, right at Ambe Mata Chowk in Irla Gauthan. This part of Vile Parle West is always buzzing with activity. Being in an industrial unit means we have plenty of neighbors doing all sorts of different businesses. Taste Buds Pvt Ltd isn't some fancy tech startup. We are a food business, and that means we get our hands dirty. The ground floor spot is handy for moving supplies in and out. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls. It’s more about the pots, pans, and cooling racks. The chowk outside can get pretty jammed up with rickshaws and delivery vans. We’ve been here long enough that the noise doesn't bother us anymore. We just get on with the daily tasks of cooking and packing. It’s a straightforward operation. We have a small team, and everyone knows what they need to do. Vile Parle is a good place to be, but it’s busy. We don't have any missions or big goals we talk about. We just want to finish the day’s work and make sure the orders are correct. It’s just honest work in an industrial building. If you come by the chowk, you’ll probably see our team loading up for the day, trying to beat the Mumbai traffic like everyone else.
