Tangerine Human Capital Management

We have been over here in Kurla West for a good while now, specifically on the first floor of the B wing at LBS G. It’s a busy spot in Mumbai, but it works for what we do at Tangerine Human Capital Management. Most days are just spent looking at stacks of resumes or talking to folks about jobs they might need help filling. It’s not fancy work, but it definitely keeps us busy from morning till night. The office gets a bit noisy because of all the traffic outside, but you get used to the sounds after a week or two. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff that most companies don't have time for, like payroll or finding new staff when someone leaves suddenly. There are a few of us here, and we just try to get through the pile of paperwork before the day ends. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks, and that’s a real problem for us, but mostly things run okay. If you’re looking for the building, it’s right there near the main road, though parking can be a bit of a headache if you come late in the morning. We don't really have a big sign outside, so you just have to look for the wing letter. It’s a decent place to work, even if the elevator is slow sometimes. We just focus on getting people placed where they need to go and making sure the HR side of things doesn't fall apart for our clients. It is practical work.
