T&M Consultancy

Our place is at 53 Anuradha, right on Chandavarkar Road in Borivali West. It’s an easy enough spot to find if you know the Mumbai suburbs. T&M Consultancy is where we spend our weekdays. It isn't a massive glass building; it's just a regular office setup in an older building. We do a lot of consulting work, which basically means people bring us their business problems or hiring needs, and we try to figure them out. Some days are just back-to-back meetings and other days we are just staring at spreadsheets for hours. Borivali is always crowded, so getting to the office can be a bit of a struggle in the mornings. We’ve got a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. We don't have a big PR department to write about us, so this is just how it is. We’ve been around for a bit and people in the area know us. It’s mostly just about being practical and getting the tasks finished so we can go home on time. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just help other companies with their staff and their paperwork. It’s steady work, and we like the rhythm of it. The office gets a bit warm in the summer, but we make do with what we have here.
