You can find us at 134 Lohar Chawl inside the Diamond Building. This place has been our base for a long time. Lohar Chawl is one of those markets where you can find almost anything if you look hard enough. Our shop is packed with stock from floor to ceiling. We do not have a lot of room to move around but we like it that way because everything is within reach. We handle a lot of wholesale stuff and deal with contractors and small shop owners every day. It is a lot of counting items and writing out bills by hand. The building is old and has that specific smell of metal and dust. We do not use fancy software for everything and we still rely on our old ledgers for a lot of things. It is a family-run kind of setup so things are informal. We know most of the other shopkeepers on this street. When it gets hot in the summer the fans just move the warm air around but we are used to it. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the people who buy from us get what they paid for without any fuss. Usually we are here from morning until late evening just keeping the shelves stocked and the customers happy. It is a simple life in a busy market. We have seen the city change a lot from this window but our work stays the same.
