T. D. Overseas

T. D. Overseas is located in Chinchpokol East at Laxmiwadi. To find us, you have to go behind the Murti Suziki showroom and look for Shed B. It is an industrial kind of area, which is perfect for the type of work we do. Working out of a shed gives us the space we need to move things around, which you do not always get in a standard office. It isn’t a glamorous spot, but it is practical for us. We have been in this location for quite some time now. The shed can get pretty warm during the summer months, but we have some fans to keep the air moving. We manage a lot of overseas trade business from this spot. There is always some noise from the showroom nearby or the traffic in Chinchpokol, but we do not really notice it anymore. We keep our paperwork and some smaller items here. It is a very hands-on place to work. You won't find us in suits or sitting in fancy rooms. Usually, we are just in our regular clothes, talking to transport drivers or checking on crates. It is honest, hard work and we just do it. Sometimes we have to stay late waiting for a delivery or a pickup, but that is just part of the business. The neighborhood is full of other small businesses like ours, and everyone is just trying to get their work done. We are comfortable behind the showroom.
