Syntel Bpo Sourcing Pvt. Ltd is in Borivali West, not too far from the Gorai Bus Depot. We are in the Goari Mangalmurti society, specifically in room E-202. Being near the bus depot means it is always busy outside, and you can hear the buses pulling in and out all day long. It is a very active part of Mumbai. Our office is on the second floor, so we get a bit of a view of L.T. Road. It is a standard BPO setup inside, with rows of headsets and monitors. We work in shifts, so the office is rarely empty. It is not a glamorous place with glass walls; it is more about being functional. The walls are a bit plain and the carpet has seen a lot of footsteps over the years. We usually grab snacks from the shops downstairs during our breaks. The building is a typical co-operative housing society, so we share the space with regular families living their lives too. It makes the whole thing feel a bit more grounded. We handle a lot of calls and data, and it is just the daily grind of the BPO world. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that here. It is just a group of us working hard to keep up with the volume of work that comes in every single day. We just try to stay on top of things as best as we can.
