Our office is in Smital Avenue, specifically unit B-11 on the first floor. This is over in Vinay Nagar, which is near Gaurav Valley in Mira Road East. Being in this part of Mumbai City means things are always moving fast. The building is one of those standard ones you see around here. It’s easy to get to once you know the landmarks. We handle Nidhi operations, which means a lot of small-scale finance work for the people living nearby. The office isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we need to do. We’ve got the desks set up and some chairs for when members come in to talk about their savings. It’s a practical environment. No one is wearing expensive suits here; we just dress regular and get to work. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so taking the stairs to the first floor is usually faster anyway. Outside, the street is usually lined with parked bikes and people heading to the shops. It’s a very residential vibe around Vinay Nagar. We like being part of the local scene. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. People find us because they live close or someone told them about us. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We keep the books, help the members, and go home when the sun goes down. Most of our days are spent just keeping things organized and talking to the neighbors who visit us.
