Suyog Steel Corporation

Suyog Steel Corporation is out in the Ambad M.I.D.C. area, specifically at Plot No. 91. If you know the Xlo Point, you are basically right there. Being in the industrial zone means we are surrounded by other factories and workshops, so there is a constant hum of machinery and trucks in the air. We focus on steel, which is a heavy and dirty business to be in, but it’s what we’ve always done. Our plot is mostly used for storage and basic processing, so it’s not the kind of place you’d visit if you wanted to stay clean. We have stacks of steel that need moving, and the cranes are usually busy for most of the morning. It’s a very functional space without any unnecessary decorations or comforts. We have a small office corner where we deal with the paperwork, but most of the action happens out on the floor. The traffic around M.I.D.C. can be a bit of a headache during shift changes, but that’s just part of working in an industrial hub like Ambad. We don't really have a mission statement or anything like that; we just focus on getting the steel out to the people who ordered it. It’s honest, hard work and the days go by pretty fast when there is a lot to unload. We’ve been here a while and know most of the guys on the neighboring plots.
