Suresh Steels

Suresh Steels is located at Shop No 35/37 on Bapu Khote Cross in Girgaon. We are right on the Burugal Main Cross Road, specifically the Diagonal Road near Gulal Wadi Lane. This area is very traditional and the streets can be quite narrow, which makes it interesting when we have big deliveries arriving. We deal with all kinds of steel products, mostly rods and sheets that people use for construction or making furniture. The shop is often filled with the sound of metal clanking and the smell of raw steel. It is a heavy job and we are usually on our feet all day moving stuff around for customers. We have been here for a long time and the neighborhood knows us as the place to get solid metal pieces for any project. We don't have a big fancy showroom, just the workshop and the storage area where everything is kept. Sometimes it is hard to keep track of every single piece of scrap, but we try our best to stay organized. Most of our customers are local contractors or small-scale builders who have been coming to us for years. We talk about the dimensions and the weight and try to give them exactly what they need. It is honest work and it keeps us very busy from morning until we close the shutters at night. There is always something that needs cutting or loading onto a small truck for delivery.
