Supreme Metal Works

Our workshop is located in Goregaon East, just off Aarey Road at number 6. It is a busy little corner of the world. If you walk inside, you will see a lot of metal scraps and heavy equipment sitting around. We have been doing this for quite some time now, and the place has a certain smell of iron and sweat that never really goes away. It is not the kind of place where you want to wear nice clothes because they will definitely get dirty within five minutes. We spend most of our hours bending pipes or welding frames together for whatever project is on the schedule that week. Sometimes the machines are temperamental and require a bit of a kick to get moving, but we know their quirks. The guys working here are mostly locals who walk or take the bus. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. If the phone rings, whoever is closest to it and has relatively clean hands will pick it up. Usually, the neighbor’s cat wanders in looking for a scrap of food, and we don't mind. It’s hot in the afternoons, especially when the welding torches are going, so we take plenty of breaks for water. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday without much fuss or drama.
